OUR STORY

Connecting experiential experiences and social justice is the core of what Wear Versatile is all about. Our mission is to help organizations, brands, and activists host successful events, meetings, activations, and marketing campaigns that advance their mission and impact people — because the revolution is as imperative as it is irresistible.

Wear Versatile comprises a talented group of event producers and coordinators, graphic designers, fabricators, interior designers, and every possible role required to make your next event a boasting success. We are proud to be Black and LGBTQIA owned with a team as diverse as NYC’s Street and proficient as Oakland’s organizing history. This is why in the end, we create a positively memorable experience for guests and a frustration-free planning process for clients. We work with you and are invested in seeing you achieve your objectives.

“From the March in Washington to the March for Black Trans Lives Matter in New York, from Natty’s Da Vinci of Student Loan Debt to Refinery29 Rooms. There’s people power, conversation and burning desire to explore what more is possible to advance systematic change that improves people’s lives through immersive experiences.”

Meet Terrence

Wear Versatile Founder and Experiential Event Producer Terrence Francois has curated events for fourteen years. His passion for creating legendary events began when he was a queer youth organizer in NYC and produced a bowl-a-thon fundraiser that broke the mold of all others before it.

That first experience influenced how he saw events, as a powerful way to mobilize people around joy and resistance against injustice. Years later, he curated sold-out shows for two nationally recognized museums centering African American artists. And today, he is an event consultant to one of the largest foundations in the world, providing strategic, well-designed events assistance from conception to execution to a wide variety of gatherings and activities related to social justice.
